Intruduction
We have two line with Fiber Laser system from Coherent and relative optical plate.Recently production capacity is 0.3million pcs each year;with 70 thousand pcs each single line.For common temperature FBG range from 80-120 Degree,we normally use Corning 28e optical fiber.If needs bearing higher temperature,there is ployimide coating optical fiber max 375 Celsius degree from Fibercore or relative other optical fiber.

If need more than 400 Celsius degree,it should use femoto fiber bragg grating which with special packages technology can upto 1000 celsius degree.We also can produce FBG with thin optical fiber 80um, 50um and microbend resistance coating optical fiber.Beside the Bragg Grating,we produce Chirped Fiber Grating,Long Period Fiber Grating,Phase Shift Fiber Grating,FBG Arrays and Laser FBG 2 arrays with certain central wavelength according to clients request.

We sell 70% of our Bared FBG during one year.And 30% will be packaged to relative FBG sensor Temperature sensor,Strain Gauge,Displacement Sensor,Accelerometer and so on.
