The surface of the fiber grating is plated with a layer of metal membrane by splashing coating, physical gas deposition and chemistry.
The metallic grating core is not affected by the external environment, which greatly improves the stability and repetitiveness of the grating. And the metallic grating no longer uses traditional glue packaging but directly welded when packaging, which greatly improves the durability and heat resistance of the sensor, and prolong the life of the sensor.
With the mature chemical plating process, nickel and gold is plated successively on the optical fiber core, or the coating layer of the optical fiber, and the plating position can be customized according to customer requirements.
