Description:
ET40D Dual-Frequency & Four-Channel & Intelligent Eddy Current Detector is applicable to online or offline detection of seamless tube, pipe and other metal pipes, rods, wire rods, and can also be used for detection of aero engine blade cracks and holes in the crack. It has very high detection sensitivity for production in the process of welding, crevice, opening cracks, porosity, slag and folding defects. The instrument is suitable for nondestructive testing of various kinds of metal materials, such as copper, aluminum, low conductivity stainless steel, titanium alloy and so on. With different forms of probe (such as the external wear, flat type and fan probe), can be online or offline fast detection of circular, square or other types of cross section of the tube and bar. Instruments in line with GB, DIN, ASTM, API and BS and other international eddy current testing standards.
