SY-2801F (Low temperature)Special Needle Penetration Tester
 

I. uses

a. Made according to GB/T 4509 and JTG E20-2011 "Asphalt penetration test" method, it is used to measure the penetration depth of standard needle with specified weight and shape at specified temperature and time, and 0.1 mm as 1 penetration.

b. Relevant standards; ASTM D5

II. Characteristics and advantages

1. With RS232 computer interface, data upload can be realized.

2. Standard pin printer, real-time printing data;

3. Standard needle penetration thermometer;

4. Using computer control technology, the needle penetration test is automatically completed. The LVDT is guaranteed by computer correction technology, and the measurement is accurate and reliable.

5. Configuration of low-temperature constant temperature water bath, temperature control accuracy can reach (+0.1 C), meet the constant temperature requirements in the range of (5.0-100.0) (ºC)

6. The self-developed computer control software can communicate with the computer; through penetration test, the computer can automatically draw and print the nomogram of the penetration relationship of asphalt. Through the nomogram, the PI value of penetration index can be calculated and determined; asphalt equivalent softening point T800; asphalt equivalent brittle point T1.2; asphalt plastic temperature range T.
