1. Description
The water tank is suitable for heating, cooling and constant temperature curing for the asphalt and concrete test specimens (or other test specimens). The test samples can be automatically heated at a constant temperature, and has the advantages of convenient operation. It is an indispensable equipment for testing and testing units.

3. Installation instruction
1). Install the curing tank indoor with ambient temperature 10ºC to 30ºC, the humidity is not higher than 80%. It should have better air flow
2). During open the wooden case, please be much more careful.
3). The power supply of this equipment is recommended to use an air switch with leakage protection
4). The device should be placed on a flat ground, and the four feet at the bottom of the device must all touch the ground and evenly

4. Commissioning instruction
1). After the power supply is connected, add water to the water tank to test the equipment. The water level should not be lower than the grate in the sink. (Note: Cannot start the instrument without water)
2). After filling with water, please check whether there is any water leakage in all parts of the water tank. If there is water leakage, please tighten the bolts at this location or notify our company.
3). Press the power button to turn on the water tank. At this time, the water pump stirring device starts. However, the compressor will not start (Note: The compressor has been equipped with a delay protection device at the factory, which generally takes 3 minutes to start)
4). After the commissioning, draw off the water, clean all the inside place for future usage

5. Calibration
This instrument can be used after it has passed the inspection and calibration by a unit with national verification qualifications. The verification method is as follows:
1). The accrediting division must possess the qualifications for accreditation.
2). The verification conditions should be carried out under the constant temperature of this instrument.
3). During the inspection, 3-5 standard thermometers (or more) should be used. Insert the standard thermometer into the representative part of the sink (Note: cannot be inserted under the grate)
4). Read the temperature value on each standard thermometer and calculate the average value.
5). Correction of temperature error: Press SET key for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter TC, press the or key to modify this parameter. The correction range of the temperature sensor error for thermocouples is +50 to -50. After the correction is completed, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit. The correction value is 0 when the instrument leaves the factory. Check whether the temperature controller shows the consistent temperature with the average value of the standard thermometer. If there are errors, continue to adjust it according to the above operation process until it is consistent.

6. Operation steps
1. Place the prefabricated samples neatly on the pallet inside the tank, fill the tank with water, so that the water immerses the test piece. After the water height is higher than the test samples about 30mm, then turn on the power switch.
2). Set the required temperature on the temperature controller. The setting method is as follows: press the SET button and then release it soon, you will see the flashing state of the digital tube in the lower setting display part. Press  to increase, press  to decrease the set value, after setting, press SET to return, the temperature controller will enter the automatic control program.
3). When the temperature reaches the required control temperature, the temperature controller will automatically keep the temperature constant. At this time, the red light is on and the temperature of the water tank is stabilized at this temperature, and then record the time.
4). The test specimens can be tested after the temperature in the water tank is constant for at least 30 minutes.
5). After the test, turn the drain valve at the water tank bottom to drain the water, wipe off the water on the surface of the tank, and place the instrument in a dry and ventilated place.

7. Attention
1). When using this product for the first time, please ask an electrician check the insulation resistance with a megohm meter. The resistance value should not be less than 2 megohms, and then connect the ground line. The instrument is strictly forbidden to work without water to avoid burning the heating element.
2). The backside of the sink should be no less than 50cm away from the wall.
3). The water with very little minerals should be poured to the sink to avoid scaling in the water tank and circulating pipes.
4). The operating voltage should be strictly controlled at 220V+/- 10V.
5). After usage, release the water in the sink and wipe all parts clean for future use.
6). The compressor is prone to failures if it is not used for a long time, so this equipment should be tested once a month to prevent damage.
