Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per industrial standard SH/T0191 Standard Test Method for Demulsification Characteristic of lubricating oils. It is used to determine the demulsification characteristics of steam-turbine oil and other lubricating oils.
I. Main technical features
1. Stainless-steel engine body. Desktop structure. It separates the emulsification bath, separating bath and water vapor generator to three parts and be in one body. The design is reasonable. Easy to install.
2. Pt100 temperature sensor. The temperature in the emulsification bath and separating bath can be set and controlled independently.
3. The heating system is composed of a heating furnace and temperature adjusting circuit. The heating rate is continuously adjustable.
