Pencil hardness tester also been called as " Wolff-Wilborn ". It uses diflerent hardness graphite pencil to evaluate the coating hardness, the design ensures the cylindrical pencil keeping unalterable 45 degree and the same weight.
The core of the pencil should be prepared with pencil sharpener and sanding paper, then put into pencil hardness tester, also put on to the smooth and flat surface, the lowest hardness of pencil leaves traces on the coating to judge the level of hardness.
