Description:   
MJD-1000 is suitable for the magnetic particle testing method. Inspection the different shapes of parts that is
made by the ferromagnetic material. Can be found cracks, slag and various other minor defects in parts of the surface and near-surface because of the Casting, forging, hardening, grinding, fatigue and other reasons. The equipment can communicate magnetization with each equipment parts and demagnetization automatically; can be used to do the flaw detection as a continuous method and residual method; can be used fixed or carry to the field.
The circuit adjust the size of magnetization and demagnetization current by adjusting the size of the thyristor operating angle. The equipment has small volume, light weight, easy to carry, easy to operate,etc.
