Transparent tube measuring instrument SQST
SQST follow the GB1721-79 standard.
SQST transparency gauge can be used to determine the appearance and transparency of vanish, edible vegetable oil, paint and thinner, as well as containing mechanical impurities and show the degree of turbidity.
Determination method
1. the appearance of determination: The specimen is loaded in a clean, dry, the colorimetric tube, the adjustment to the temp 25+I DEG C in the black box of the tranmitted light observation whether contain mechanical impurities.
2. Determination of transparency
Sample will be poured into clean, dry colorimetric tube, adjust to the temp 25+I DEG C in transmitted light box and a serie of different degree of turbidity standard solution( colorless with colorless, colored with colored), select the closest to the specimen of the standard solution. The transparency level of the sample is expressed directly by the grade of standard liquid. If found in the process of testing standard liquid cottony suspension or precipitation.
